Review Nowhere is the severity and impact of discourse about patient and his

health history, discourse analysis become the matter of life and death.

Effective analysis the communication b/w doctor and patient, is a

central clinical function that cannot be neglected problem should be

managed due to the lack of communication analysis skills on the part of

either the doctor or the patient. Formal analytical method is used to

measure high impact of effective physician patient communication.

This paper helps to direct the significance of any association found

between aspects of communication and patient outcomes. The

components of effective discourse identified by it can be used as the

basis both for curriculum development in medical education and patient

education programs. Feature research focuses on evaluating such

education programs.
