    Concerns:

    1. CTS per store for the rentals are at double digit. Acceptable CTS is at 3%. Rentable is not
    efficient.
    2. Decline in all SKUs for Lotion Category, GCT and MT for Toners.
    3. Distribution of SKUs are not parallel at least on Soaps with the same size.

    Resolutions:
    1. Better servicing to stores with rentals.
    2. Additional PO for Lotion. Negative Sell in can result to negative sell out.
    3. Parallel the distribution of SKUs to create additional sales.
