Lease Proposal document outlines the proposal terms for lease of the premises described below to you
by Jin Su Deok of Junhyun Corporation. If you are interested in proceeding, the full Lease Agreement will
be prepared and submitted to you for review and signature.

Area: 4th Floor, Junhyun Building

Approximately 1,400 to 1,500 square meters.

Terms: 5-year lease

300php per square meter

Renewal Option: The lease is available for renewal and your company as the
priority being the existing lessor. The terms and conditions of
the renewal is subject to change according to agreement.
