St., Pasay City, the following was unanimously passed and approved, to wit:

“RESOLVED, as the Board hereby resolved that Jordan Jay C. Antolin (Chairman), is hereby
authorized in the name of the Corporation to participate in the public bidding, submit a bid to the
Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC), make, sign, execute, deliver and receive contracts,
agreements, and any and all documents and other writings of whatever nature or kind, as may be
necessary to carry into effect the purchase of a certain property located 447-234 Gil Puyat Ave.
(formerly Buendia) cor.Dominga St., Pasay City and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No.
12341234 issued by the Registry of Deeds of Pasay City in the name of Centrist Democratic Party
of the Philippines.”

I hereby certify to the correctness of the foregoing resolution and that the same is existing and have
not been amended, modified or revoked.
