ASU Esports Association is one of the largest* active clubs at 
Arizona State University, 1000+ members strong and counting! We 
provide opportunities for students to participate in 
competitions and have created a friendly competitive environment 
for all those interested in esports at ASU. Students at ANY 
skill level are encouraged to join! Our main games are DOTA 2, 

 
Overwatch, Quake, CS: GO, League of Legends, Fortenite, PUBG, 
Hearthstone, HOTS, and MUCH MUCH More. ​ASU ESPORTS Learn more

street from EDC in the 
Gammage parking lot at that

1. Do you have to be “pro” skill level to join the 
E-sports club? 
a. We accept players of all skill levels. 
Beginner to pro we are a club that meets, plays 
and challenges each other to grow. 
2. What are the requirements to participate in ASU 
ESPORTS Club? 
a. ​Must be an enrolled Student at any of the ASU 
campuses Undergraduate or Graduate program or 
Full time Online student. 
3. I want to go Pro in my gaming career, how can you 
help? 
a. We have tryouts for those interested in being 
a Collegiate player. You must be a full time 
student with a 2.3 GPA or higher. Practicing 
and achieving pro status is up to you as a 
player.

4. What games do you play competitively? 
a. Overwatch, League of Legends, Dota 2, Smash 
Bros. Rocket League, CS:GO, Rainbow 6 Siege, 
Quake, PUBG, Fortnite, Heroes of the storm, 
Starcraft, Hearthstone, to name a few.  
5. ​I might not be good enough for playing on a team, 
what can I do to contribute?  
a. We have many people with different majors who 
use the E-sports club to expand their 
portfolios. Such as the Media production crew 
and social media crew.  
6. Media production? Social media? 
a. Esports is one of the fastest growing 
entertainment industries

01​ There are many aspects to Esports besides 
players, there are those who work behind the 
scenes such as: Broadcasters, photographers, 
graphic designers, social media creators, 
streamers, marketing you name it! We aim to 
help those who want to do something more.

7. Can I just play games? 
a. Yes. you don’t need to be a player or work 
behind the scenes to join us. We hold different 
activity meetups for a variety of games. LFG? 
Ask in discord and make friends!
