If you’ve followed me for very long, you know that I’m not a huge fan of worksheets or

workbooks. I do, however, use them from time to time. And this is one of those times.

ALuv (going into 3rd grade) has been working on cursive handwriting and loving it. I checked
out the order in which Handwriting Without Tears suggests to teach cursive and created some
cursive handwriting worksheets for him to coincide with their developmental suggestions.

Today, I’m sharing them for FREE {download is at the end of this post}.

First and foremost, I am a daughter of the King. I am also a homeschooling mama with four little
blessings. My kids all have “code names” that I sometimes use on the blog. ALuv is 11, NJoy is
8, MBug is 6, and NSis is 5. {Yes, I need a new family picture!}

Before having children, I was a classroom teacher, both in the private and public school setting
for 6 years. I got my M.Ed. in Elementary Reading and then had my first son. I began tutoring K-
5 struggling readers privately out of my home until having NSis (2012).

I did not plan on homeschooling {I actually said I’d “never” homeschool, but the Lord called
me to it in 2009}. Update 2015: My oldest son, is attending a private school near our house that
caters specifically to children with learning differences.

Homeschooling was a bit lonelier than I expected. So in 2010, I started blogging as a way to
share ideas with other parents, teachers, and tutors.

I never dreamed that God would use my blog in so many ways. I have been able to use it as a
platform for writing curricula, authoring books, creating learning apps, and speaking at
homeschooling conferences and MOPS groups. Through my blog, I have shared many articles,
activities and free printables.
