Definition of Industrial Estate (GOI Regulation No 142/2015)
Industrial Estate is an area where the concentration of industrial activities is equipped
with facilities and supporting infrastructure developed and managed by Industrial Park

Infrastructure Industrial Park
Infrastructure Industry:
LAW No 3/2014 a. Industrial Land in the form of Industrial Estate and
“INDUSTRY” / or Industrial Allotment Area;
b. Energy and electricity network facilities;
c. Telecommunication network facilities;
d. Water resources network facilities;
e. Sanitation facilities; and
f. Transportation network facility
(Article 62)

The Government and/or the Regional Government in
accordance with their respective authorities provide :
Infrastructure Industry :
- Seaports
- Power plants Energy and electricity networks;
GOI - Telecommunication network;
- Water resources network and guarantee of raw water supply
REGULATION - Sanitation;
NO 142/2015 - Transportation networks
“Industrial Estate” Supporting Infrastructure :
- housing;
- education and training;
- research and development;
- health;
- firefighters; and
- garbage dump (last disposal area of garbage)
