 Project Experience:

Project 1: DOH (Days on Hands)(Support + Enhancements)

• DOH is basically report which worked for Automobile Industry, which can track daily
Inventory values, Forecast Values, consumption of particular Material based on Plant,
Region.
• From this values user can analyze Days on hands for Sales and Inventory.
• On other hand it will be useful for organization to trace how many days are in there
hands to utilize inventory and how well business is performing in the market.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Extracting of data from source systems, flowing from source to staging area.
• Use of flat files for loading data.
• Extraction of data from various sources (R/3 System) and transforming it to particular
Target.
• Constructing transformation rules, by adding various where clauses (ABAP Language)
as per users requirement.
• Creating of Bex queries based on target which will give report on data.

Project 2:Plant Metrics

• Plant Metrics is a reporting solution targeted to plant managers providing visibility of
daily and month-to-date actual to target comparison for all key operational and financial
metrics.
• The reporting replaces hand prepared excel spreadsheets covering 50+ metrics .
• This project help to evaluate the “health” of the Plants in the EU and NA regions on
many parameters ranging from Sales, Margin, Inventory, Scrap, Efficiency, Safety,
Quality, MRO etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Worked on Info objects ,Info object Catalogue.
• Worked on Data Modelling,by handling various types of info providers.
• Constructed various types of business rules by Using ABAP language.
• Created Bex Queries
• Worked on Process Chains, to automate the data load.

Project 3:MB51
• MB51 report in BW is to give an alternative to the users who need less restrictions in
their analyses.
• The report is allowing them to obtain in one loading all the information they need,
without having the same performance issues than in SAP ECC

• Creation of Generic data sources,to extract Inventory from ECC.
• Importing Data Source to BW,creation of upword data flow on Data Source.
• Creation of Bex Queries , based on given requirement.
• Creation of Webi Report .
