Client & Project Description: PROS (SFDC)

This project is for Profit and Revenue Optimization Software (PROS) handles pricing optimization methodology.
Here, I am working in a Data analytics team to handle pricing strategies & methodology for the various
countries.

Role: Senior Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Assessing data from a variety of sources to gain insights into pricing strategies and market trends.
• Analyzing competitor pricing and market trends to increase market share and profitability.
 • Tracking customer engagement to develop effective pricing strategies for products and offerings.
• Applying statistical modeling methods to determine the potential impact of pricing strategies on
profitability.
• Recommending pricing strategies that align closely with market trends and identifying new market
segments.
• Forecasting revenue and market share based on market trends, production costs, profit margins,
and sales volumes.
• Pricing guidance uses historical quote data to evaluate the total discounts of products on previous
quotes and determine the median discount percentage for those products.
• Have experience on customize target, norm, and floor discounts as percentages relative to the
median discount. Defined filters for the type of quotes and products included in the evaluation.
When a sales rep adds a product with pricing guidance to their quote, then can apply the target

Role: PLSQL Developer and Tester

Responsibilities:

• Worked as Developer on this ETL process into Tableau. Later to this, I have worked as QA on checking
the report generation in HPS website.
• Good experience in Manual UI testing & backend database testing and analyzing the procedures.
• Involved in testing the row level security.
 • Conducted SIT testing jointly with rest of the project team. Log and fix defects identified during SIT.
• Responsible to prepare the Environment for UAT. Review, Triage, and fix issues logged during UAT.

solutions for reporting and regulatory requirements. This is an end-to-end Data Migration and
Analytics development project involving requirements elaboration, design, data modelling,
build, testing, implementation, and support. The system will be developed in multiple releases
with respect to subject areas.

Role: PLSQL Developer & L3 Support

Responsibilities:

• Involved in Job batch running & creation of Datamart’s and loading data through oracle packages.
• Involved Migration of objects from Oracle 11g to 12c
• Creating and scheduling jobs in Autosys.
