Transformation Team Test Manager – Responsible for testing/reconciling Oracle data received from the acquired
company to the SAP data loaded into the acquiring company system and the subsequent reporting to the various regulatory
agencies. Also, responsible for verifying the variances and providing feedback to management to correct the data being sent
to ensure accurate data sending, loading and reporting. Once done, built reports in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to provide
views into the data that is being processed by the client for viewing and decision making.

requirements for variables and conditions in the report. This demo was used in a response to an RFI. Provided

Business Analyst/Programmer: Served as a business analyst responsible for defining the requirements
for the new QUANTUM system being implemented as part of the new billing requirements for BellSouth in
partnership with American Management System (AMS). Designed and coded interfaces for the CRIS and
CABS system for input into the QUANTUM system for reward distribution.

Team Lead: Served on the team responsible for rewriting the billing system for BellSouth. As Team of the
Interfaces team which was responsible for getting data from the current billing system and preparing it in the

personnel evaluation, code evaluation and walk through. Later was assigned the position of Team Lead of
the QA team responsible for testing, defect tracking and managing software movement for the new billing
system.

Systems Analyst/DBA/Project Manager: Aided in the design, programming, testing and debugging of on-
line IMS and batch programs for error correction in the message processing part of the business. Programs
utilized IMS/DLI with MFS screen design. Also responsible for project management and database
administration for the system.

BellSouth Telecommunications, Birmingham, Alabama, January 1990 to February 1992


Acting-Manager: Responsible for designing and implementing unbillable procedures and software for
reporting to Interexchange Carriers who do business with BellSouth. Managed a team of six
programmer/analysts. These systems had to be coded; tested and transmitted to the major Carriers for
their proper journalization and settlement between the companies.

Staff Analyst: Responsible for implementing regional standards throughout the nine state BellSouth region
when South Central Bell and Southern Bell were combined to create Bellsouth. This included eliminating
duplicate processes and creating new interfaces for system integration for billing and journalization.

Programmer Analyst: Part of the team charged with implementing the first IMS on-line system in the
Financial Systems Organization. This system was purchased from another Bell Holding Company and had
to be modified and redesigned to fit the environment in place at BellSouth.
Responsibilities consisted of writing and maintaining JCL, PROCs, CLISTs, writing and testing installation
documentation for MIC’s, performing test via MIC’s criteria, troubleshooting ABENDS of system/program
errors, issuing incident reports for corrections with follow-up, editing with ISPF, coding in COBOL85,
COBOL I and II on the IBM mainframe, creating and maintaining system documentation. Performing on-site
training for end users and held feedback sessions for future enhancements to the system.
