WORK EXPERIENCE
Orange County Public Schools (OCPS), Orlando, FL May 2019 to December 2019
Technical Change Manager/SAP Test Manager/Business Analyst – Technical Change Manager participated in
the SAP Modernization Project to the New GL; responsible for ALM defect management and tracking, reporting on defect
status to Management and insure that any critical defects were being addressed and tested, facilitating defect resolution
between technical team and business analysts, facilitating testing between technical team and business analysts,
coordinating software movement between test environments and production, software configuration management,
communicating and validating the changes moved to production, serving as a liaison between the technical team and the
user community. Managed the testing team across all work streams (HCM, FIN and OPR); Built and tested scripts across all
work streams; Performed integration testing; Performed ALM administrative functions; participated in the upgrade of ALM to
the latest version and the installation of UFT as a testing tool.

QA Engineer: Provided manual QA testing and defect reporting/management for a web-based loan
origination and evaluation system (COIN). Also responsible for defect tracking repository and subsequent
retest of software modifications. Trained junior QA testers.
South Central Bell Telecommunications, Birmingham, Alabama, July 1981 to September 1985
Programmer Analyst: Part of the team charged with implementing the first IMS on-line system in the
Financial Systems Organization. This system was purchased from another Bell Holding Company and had
to be modified and redesigned to fit the environment in place at BellSouth.
Responsibilities consisted of writing and maintaining JCL, PROCs, CLISTs, writing and testing installation
documentation for MIC’s, performing test via MIC’s criteria, troubleshooting ABENDS of system/program
errors, issuing incident reports for corrections with follow-up, editing with ISPF, coding in COBOL85,
COBOL I and II on the IBM mainframe, creating and maintaining system documentation. Performing on-site
training for end users and held feedback sessions for future enhancements to the system.
