Which are smarter ….cats or dogs?

I wouldn’t want to debate it. However, I will say that many cats train their
owners as well as their dogs. Dogs and cats vary in their intellectual levels as well as
humans. I remember a teenager complaining that her bedtime is ruled by her cat.
Yes, when the cat thinks it’s bedtime, he walks in the room, looks at her with “that
look”, and meows until she gets ready for bed.

Recently, I saw a video of a cat playing ping-pong. It seemed as if the cat could
win almost every time.

Cats are known to turn lights on and off and use toilets. What more do you
want them to do?

My dog played “fetch” in a way that I almost couldn’t believe. I took his Daily
Growl plastic bone into the bedroom and hid it. When I called him, he came and
always sniffed around and found it within a minute. You have heard of drug-sniffing
dogs. Now I almost understand how they do it. Dogs are used to sniff out bed bugs
and cancers. Wow!

So, would you rather have a cat or a dog? I hope you love both. Each has
several advantages to their owners, too numerous to mention.
