word when it should have been two words;

3. I am executing this Affidavit and attaching herein my PSA to prove

that there is a clerical error in encoding my name in the Voter

4. I am seeking the correction of my first name in the Voter

Certification with VIN 2217-1031A-L3094C.B20000-5;

5. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

statements and to support my claim to correct the erroneous entry
in my Voter Certification with VIN 2217-1031A-L3094C.B20000-5.
