Activity #2 Reflection Paper

Along with the global industry globalization is the decreasing of humanity.

Since then, I was taught the value of education. That education is the most powerful weapon and a
treasure that cannot be stole from me. but as i grew up, i have realize a lot of things, i noticed that
attitude and morality is more valuable than education. in relation to the text "Dear Teacher", what we
have learnt from school is nothing if we do have no manners afterall. The more technology we had the
less humane we are. In my 20 years of existence, i have noticed the uncovering changes in technology,
education and people. from the day i was born till these days when technology boomed. i sadly realize
the changes in humanity, people became less humane as technology and education upraise.

In walks of life, i have encountered well educated people that are less in moral, that doctors, nurses do
their job for money and tropies but not for saving life of the less fortunate one. I have encountered
educated personnel grabbing everybody in the society down, They only after money for their own good,
even stabbing and stamping other people to lift themselves up. It is no longer surprise that in a hospital
setting, A sick less fortunate one will have its life into 80/20 than 20/80 of the richman's life.

Educators on the current generation plays a vital role on why educated people became a person
opposite of what they should be. like the author's perception on dear teacher, I am also suspicious of
education and education setting. Education on current generation only focuses on learnings but not on
attitude and morality. Educators are fond of teaching waste, a thing that is not useful is reality and in real
world.

Can we, as a future educators, can make difference?

Activity #1 Photo Essay

Teaching as a passion

Passion is a strong feeling of enthusiasm or excitement for something or about doing something
according to merriam webster dictionary.

As a future educator, I view teaching as a passion. Mirthfully saying, eversince when i was a kid i really do
want to teach the language to my niece and younger sister. i do have a feeling of excitement and
complete happiness whenever i teach the correct pronunciation of the word and or reading them stories
and cheerfully speaking poems in english. that is why, it is no longer surprise why i have chose english as
my major.

Teaching for me is a passion because being passionate on what you are doing will result to effectiveness.
Though i knew teaching is mere hard sometimes, you can even pull money of your own or surrender
your time to make the work done, it doesn't matter if its your passion, you will never regret of giving and
exerting too much effort because its your passion and it makes you happy afterall.

The photo above shows how teaching as a passion would be, when you have passion on teaching you
will never feel tired on what you are doing even if everything feel so tiring.
