As per extant guidelines issued vide above circular, executing agency i.e
State PWD/NHAI/NHIDCLI BRO etc. has to act as Authority Engineer for the
projects costing less than Rs. 300 crore and the supervision charges @ 3%would be
payable to them in addition to the agency charges.

In this regard it is to further clarify that if executing agency i.e State

PWD/NHAI/NHIDCLI BRO want to engage the consultant for any projects costing
less than Rs. 300 crore, they may engage the same within the provision of 3%
supervision charges subject to condition that entire responsibility inter alia
quality, supervision will rest with executing agency only.
