CHAPTER 1: PROJECT SUMMARY

INTRODUCTION: This project is a two-story residential building with 240sqm

land area. The first floor consists of one dining room and one kitchen, very
convenient for every day family use, a garage and a laundry area at the back. Also,
in the first floor is the guest's receiving area, separate toilet and bath and the
master's bedroom. The second floor on the other hand consists of 3 separate
bedrooms very ideal for children. Also, it has a spacious center space you could
use as a family area. And lastly a very nice open balcony.

PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT: The purpose of the project is to create a

residential 2 story houses for the people on a medium budget range.
