Greetings!

May I have the honor to apply for a Gerry Roxas Scholarship for this year 2019.

I understand that you have guidelines and policies as stated in LEAD Application guidelines. In this
premise, I am very much willing and amenable to undergo the appropriate process enable to nurture
the growth as a Gerry Roxas Leadership awardee. And who will in the future use my leadership skills
and abilities to transform communities and lead the Filipinos in nation-building. This scholarship will
serve my inspiration to shape and live my greatest visions for my community and country by
exemplifying the core values of integrity, service and excellence.

Ma’am, I have been a top scoring student all my academic life and have been an active part of
many co-curricular activities like badminton, student publication and organizations. I completed
my Senior High School at Palompon Institute of Technology and was the cream of the crop of the
section. This scholarship will help me work towards my dream of becoming a Seafarer and
motivate my performance in a great way.

I request you to kindly consider me as one of the deserving candidates for this scholarship as I
can assure you of proving every bit worthy of it.
