with one redirection. Also 
demonstrating cooperative skills and 
safe behaviors.  

Student will perform at standard or  3 

above for the given activity or skill. 
Less than three redirections and off 
task. Not consistently demonstrating 
cooperative skills or safe behaviors.  

Student is not able to demonstrate at  2 

standard and is frequently off task 
during the given activity or skill. 
Creating an unsafe environment for 
themselves and others.  

Student participates in a limited  1 

capacity due to uncooperative actions 
that results in an unsafe environment.  

Student doesn’t participate due to  0 

safety concerns & conditions.
