Student Targets – the student demonstrates:


-appropriately dressed and participation unless excused
-adequate effort while participating in all activities
-an ability to follow instruction
-an ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others
-a willingness to accept responsibility
-good sportsmanship
-appropriate decision-making skills, considers safety

Level Mark
4 9-10 Exemplary – student demonstrates enthusiasm and leadership consistent
with all the target behaviors
8 Excellent – student demonstrates enthusiasm and leadership consistent
with most of the target behaviors
3 7.5 Very Good – student demonstrates a good level of competency in
reaching the target behaviors
7 Good – student demonstrates a moderate level of competency and
success in an attempt to reach the target behaviors
2 6.5 Okay – student displays a less than consistent attempt to reach or
achieve the target behaviors
6 Satisfactory – student displays a less than consistent attempt to reach or
achieve the target behaviors
1 5.5 Moderate – student demonstrates a moderate attempt to reach some of
the target behaviors
5 Adequate – student demonstrates fair attempt to reach a couple of the
target behaviors
0 0-4 Student does not demonstrate an adequate attempt or ability to reach
any of the target behaviors. In addition, non-participation due to
unexcused absences fall under this category
