Preparation of Test Sample

Final Action
Remove CO2 by transferring test sample to large flask and
shaking, gently at first and then vigorously, keeping temperature of
beer at 20°–25°C. If necessary, remove suspended material by
passing the CO2-free beer through dry filter paper.
