In the G.O.1st read above, orders were issued approving the Engineering
Procurement & Construction (EPC) system for implementation of
projects/works sanctioned under various schemes including Centrally Sponsored
Schemes like UIDSSMT, JnNURM in all Municipal Corporations, Municipalities
and HMWS&SB for expeditions completion of work with an estimated cost of
Rs.10.00 Crores and above duly constituting three (3) committees to exercise
the functions shown against it, as indicated in the Annexure-I to IV of the said
Government Order and amended in the G.O.2nd read above. After bifurcation
of State, the Committees I, II & III of Annexure.I & IV constituted in the G.O’s
1st and 2nd read above were amended in the G.O.3rd read above, as the
committees mentioned pertains to Public Health & Municipal Engineering
Department, Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation and Vijayawada
Municipal Corporation & other Corporations, respectively.

2. In the G.O.4th read above, orders were issued delegating the Codal
Powers of Engineer-in-Chief(PH) to Chief Engineer(PH). Accordingly, in the
letter 5th read above, the Chief Engineer(PH), Guntur has requested to
Government to issue amendment to Committees-I,II & III of Annexure I&IV of
G.O.Ms.No.217, MA&UD (C) Department, dated 11.11.2014, so as to enable the
Chief Engineer (PH) to participate in the EPC Committee meetings.

3. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby issue the

following amendment to the Committees-I,II & III of Annexure I&IV of
G.O.Ms.No.217, MA&UD (C) Department, dated 11.11.2014.
AMENDMENT
Committee-I of Annexure I & IV shall be substituted as below
