ORDER :

In the reference 4th read above, the Engineer-in-Chief (Irrigation),

Vijayawada has proposed to constitute the committee for examination on the
feasibilities of making further allocations in HNSS & TBPHLC System and also
proposed to pay sitting charges and travelling allowances for Non- official
members of the Committee.
2. After careful examination in the matter, Government hereby constitute
a committee to examine the feasibilities of making further allocations in
HNSS & TBPHLC System with the following members :-

1. Engineer-In-Chief (Admin. Wing) : Chairman

2. Chief Engineer(P), Anathapuramu : Member
3. Chief Engineer (P), Kadapa : Member
4. Y. Abdul Basheer, Retd. E.N.C. : Member
5. B.S.N. Reddy, Retd. E.N.C. : Member
6. Superintending Engineer, TBPHLC : Convener
Circle, Anathapuramu

Further, sitting charges Rs.5000/- per day and travelling allowances either by
Road, Rail or Flight or as per actual which is applicable to the Class-I Officers,
for Non- official members of the Committee. The said expenditure to be
chargeable to the Head of Account “2700-80-001-01-280-284”.

3. The Engineer-In-Chief (Irrigation), Vijayawada shall take necessary

action, accordingly.
4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide
their U.O.No.47027/233/(FMU WRD I)/2017, dated:28.06.2017.
