In this regard it is to submit that, upon the formation of
S.Venkateswar Reddy, Chemist Assn commission, APSPEJAC immediately submitted a letter Dt.
K.Shiva Shankar, SKTBOE Assn 04.02.2022, pointing out the deviations and apprehensions in the

Revision Negotiation committee as per the procedures in vogue
with In-house members. APSPEJAC did not receive any reply to its
letter dated 04.02.2022 so far.

Meanwhile, to the surprise of APSPEJAC, it is observed that the pay revision
commission has issued the letter dated 09.02.2022. The apprehensions of APSPEJAC have
become reality with the asking of separate pay proposals by giving separate schedules for
each entity by the Pay Revision commission and separating the employees in to two
groups based on Tripartite Agreement. Hence, all the constituent Unions/
Associations of APSPEJAC unanimously decided not to represent any proposals to
the PRC Commission.

Keeping the above in view, the Secretary Energy, Govt. Of AP is requested to

keep all further proceedings in abeyance, till the formation of committee issue is
resolved. Upon resolving the issues raised by APSPEJAC, the PRC wage negotiation
committee be made operational so as to take the process to a logical conclusion and
will lead to fruitful results.

However the above submission is without prejudice to the rights, terms

and conditions of ID act as well as the procedures in vogue.
