ORDER:-

In the G.O. 1st read above, the Government has exempted 10%
beneficiary contribution in Revival / Renovation of 342 L.I. schemes in undivided
Andhra Pradesh State with an estimated cost of Rs.18271.00 lakh and advised
the APSIDC Ltd., to quote this G.O. while seeking administrative approval for
each of the (342) L.I. Schemes which fulfil all the conditions (except 10%
beneficiary contribution) stipulated in G.O.Ms No.162, I&CAD (MIG.1)
Department, Dt:28-11-2011 read with Govt., Memo No.21775/MIG.1/2011,
Dt:28-11-2011. Out of 342 L.I. Schemes, 193 Schemes are in Residual Andhra
Pradesh.

2. In the G.Os 2nd , 3rd, 4th , 5th, 6th & 7th read above, the Government has
accorded Administrative Approval for 161 Lift Irrigation Schemes after scrutiny of
detailed estimates with an estimated cost of Rs.9877.76 Lakh.

3. In the letters 8th read above, the Joint Managing Director, APSIDC Ltd.,
has given clarification for 2 pending schemes and requested to accord
administrative approval for pending L.I Schemes.

4. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord

Administrative Approval to 8 Lift Irrigation Schemes for a total estimated cost of
Rs.2468.43 Lakh ( Rupees twenty four hundred and sixty eight Lakh and fourty
three thousand only) to benefit an ayacut of 17619 acres. List of works
sanctioned are annexed to this order.

6. The Joint Managing Director, APSIDC Ltd., shall ensure correctness of the
quantities and rates proposed in the estimates before according technical
sanction. Rates for non SSR items shall be proposed based on multiple
quotations obtained from reputed firms.

7. The Joint Managing Director, APSIDC Ltd., shall take necessary action
accordingly.

8. This order issued with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their
U.O.No.2766-A/24/EBS.X/A2/2015, dated: 07-04-2015.
