CHECKS AND PROVISIONS ADOPTED DURING RE-VERIFICATION OF VALUED ANSWER SCRIPTS

Re-verification was done by adopting the following checks / provisions as prescribed by the Board.

i. Whether all answers are valued, marks awarded and posted correctly or not during initial evaluation.
ii. Whether all marks posted are totaled correctly or not.
iii. Whether there are answers which are valued but not awarded marks.
iv. Whether the answers which are awarded zero marks are Re-verified and awarded marks if the answer is
correct.
v. If marks are awarded to a particular answer,the Board as a policy does not entertain further valuation of such
answer to enhance the marks.

NOTE: Please collect the memorandum of marks from your college principal for authentication of the marks after RV
and RC.
