RULES AND REGULATIONS

Any student:
1. Escaping or absenting himself/herself from class without valid reason shall present an
admission letter from parents/guardian the following day.Parents/guardian will be
notified by the class adviser regarding the child’s absences if he fails to do so.
2. Caught eating/littering pieces of paper/ wrapper,dirt, entering the room with muddy
shoes /slippers shall donate Php 5.00 per offense or clean walls or windows for 15 mins.
per offense.
3. Not joining the cleaning schedule (inside and outside) without valid reason shall be made
to donate one (1) box of floor wax or three (3) pcs. of candle wax or donate Php 15.00
per offense.Or SSG R & R shall be the basis to any offender.
4. Standing/loitering around or transferring from one seat to another without valid reason /
without asking permission shall donate Php 2.00 per offense or clean the comfort room
(B/G) for 10 minutes per offense.
5. Making unnecessary noise during class hours or when the teacher is not around shall
donate Php 5.00 or 10 pcs. of empty mineral/plastic bottles per offense after first
warning.
6. Going out in group without asking permission from the teacher or class officer assigned
shall donate Php 2.00 per offense after first warning or clean the library after class
hours/dismissal for 10 mins. per offense.
7. Disposing his/her waste improperly or not following proper waste segregation shall be
made to do waste segregation instead of the cleaners or donate Php 5.00. Punishment
shall take effect after first warning.
8. Leaving his/her belonging/s inside or outside after class hours shall be collected and kept
by the class officer assigned and shall be returned upon complying with the following
conditions:
1st offense--Php 1.00 w/ promissory note
2nd offense--Php 3.00
3rd and succeeding offenses--Php 5.00
9. Speaking bad words/making foolishness/insulting a teacher or an officer or a classmate
inside and outside shall be made to wipe or clean the windows, comfort rooms, library,
computer lab.,office,etc. for thirty(30) minutes per offense. Accomplishment of
punishment maybe done by contract by the officer assigned.
10. Reading/bringing pocketbook/s /pornographic mats., head phones, cell phones and other
destractors during classes shall be reported by the officer assigned or be confiscated by
the subject teacher/adviser. Retrieval of belongings shall be made by parents or guardian
or upon the discretion of the teacher/adviser.
 11. Getting other’s property, vandalism like pasting bubble gums on chairs/ destroying/
marking school properties(decorations, structures, tables, chairs, windows, hooks,
padlock, etc.) will be made to remove, erase, clean, repair or replace what was destroyed.
Officer assigned should carefully observe these.
12. Creating quarrels, entering the class with the influence of liquor, or bringing in deadly
weapon, and employing an act of assault shall be reported to any school authority for
disciplinary actions (c/o President and/ sentinel or officer without assignment).
13. Wearing earrings for boys, hats and or bonnets and hoods, or unnecessary accessories
shall be confiscated and shall be returned at the end of school year or upon the discretion
of the teacher. Wearing bonnet or hood is excused when the student is not feeling well.
He shall be referred to the school nurse.
14. Cell phone charged inside shall be confiscated by any teacher and shall be returned upon
the discretion of the teacher. Cell phones not seen by the teacher shall be reported by the
assigned officer.
15. Caught cheating, texting, or ringing cell phones shall be sanctioned by any subject
teacher/ reported by the officer assigned for misbehavior.
16. Any officer who will be absent during regular/special meetings shall be made to donate
one (1) kind of cleaning materials (coconut husk, soft broom, stiff broom, recycled door
mat or floor wax) per offense or donate Php 15.00 per offense.
17. All group cleaners are obliged to dispose waste properly, close windows ,padlocked the
door and turn off lights before leaving. Failure to do so shall replace any stolen items/
damages made by unwelcome trespassers /or natural calamities. Undisposed waste may
be made the following day. Failure to do so shall donate 1 box of floor wax.
18. Having an accumulated punishment of Php 50.00 and above per grading shall be
reported to the concerned parents/guardians for disciplinary action. Punishment not
settled from the previous grading shall be doubled the following grading.
