 Ingredients
200 grams spaghetti / fettucine
600 ml liquid ( Water 300 ml, Milk 300 ml )
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
Butter
Coriander

 Sauce:
3 Egg Yolk
30 grams Cheese ( Parmesan , Emental, Gouda, Or Pecorino )
1 teaspoon Black Pepper ( Crushed )
Salt
Sugar

 Condiments:
-Mushroom
-Chicken Breast (Cut into dice)
Steps :
1. Heat the butter in a pan, add the chicken and stir fry it until the color turns golden
brown then add the mushroom. Add some salt and sugar.

2. Take a bowl, put in the egg yolk, cheese and black pepper. Then mix it with the
condiments (chicken and mushroom).

3. Heat up the liquid (water and milk) and put in the dry pasta. Add some salt and
cook the pasta.
4. After the pasta is cooked, put the pasta and the remaining liquid into the bowl with
the mixture off eggs and the condiments. Mix it well.The pasta is ready to be served.
Put the coriander at last for the garnish.
