PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
The Doctor of Education program, Major in Physical Education, is an advanced degree program designed to broaden and update th
professional background and administrative skills of school administrators and would-be school administrators within the context of a social
transforming educational system. Emphasis is on the development of skills in the key areas of educational administrative responsibility.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
The student should have completed a master’s thesis program in Education. The student entering from a non-thesis master’s program
education is required to complete Methods and Statistics of Research in the Master’s degree level. Those entering from fields other than educatio
are required to take a minimum of twelve units of undergraduate or graduate professional education subjects in addition to other degre
requirements.
