INTRODUCTION
First Semester Accomplishment
School Year 2018-2019
“Through this place we thrive, we serve and find our place in the world”
We recognize that all pupils are uniquely talented. Within our exceptionally
supportive community, pupils develop positive relationships and relish the
opportunity to realize their individual potential to the full.

Through a broad range of experiences in and beyond school, pupils become

confident, optimistic, compassionate and nationally-minded young youths, ready to
find their place in the community.

When recruiting teachers, the school focuses much emphasis on selecting

and matching the teachers’ vocational aspirations and profession with the
philosophy of the school. This ensures that teachers joining the school are fully
committed to the educational values, vision and mission of First Echague United
Methodist School (FEUMS).

A structured professional development program is implemented on a regular

basis to ensure that staff members continue to reflect on their practice and grow
professionally so that they can excel in their teaching and team working. Training
takes the form of workshops, training courses, seminars, mentoring and teacher
exchange programs or In-Service-Trainings.

Continues learning and policy making improves school specially in the

academic learning as well as the environmental factors of the learners. With the help
of the administrators including BOT’s, Faculty and Staffs and supportive parents and
guardians, we were able to establish and achieve the holistic development of the
pupils.
