STEP 1: PRODUCT CONCEPT

If approved initially, proceed to initial food
tasting.
STEP 2: INITIAL FOOD TASTING
If taste and doneness, appearance, texture and
consistency and creativity and practicality of the
product are satisfactory for the judges, proceed to
PETA 2 (LOGO, BRANDING and
PACKAGING).
If not approved initially, elaborate concept,
innovate ingredients and justify innovation until
product concept is approved initially.
If taste and doneness, appearance, texture and
consistency and creativity and practicality of the
product are NOT satisfactory for the judges,
improve.
If improved and satisfactory for the judges,
proceed to PETA 2 (LOGO, BRANDING and
PACKAGING).
If improved but STILL not satisfactory for the
judges, go back to STEP 1 or improve the
product until satisfactory for the judges.
