AN EXECUTIVE ORDER DIRECTING ALL BARANGAY OFFICIALS FOR A

MASSIVE CLEAN-UP

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Macrohon, aims to ensure the protection of the

public health and environment;

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Macrohon is a Regional Awardee of Malinis at

Masaganang Karagatan Program and to maintain this prestige, all people
within the Municipality are enjoined to observe the Ecological Solid Waste
Management by ensuring the proper segregation, collection, transport, storage,
treatment and disposal of solid waste through the formulation and adoption of
the best environmental practice;

WHEREAS, all streets, riverbanks, creeks, canals, major bodies of water, parks
and coastal areas of thirty (30) barangays in the Municipality need that
cleanliness be maintained to make the Municipality free from all kinds of waste
and be more attractive;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALAN JOSE KUIZON AROY, Municipal Mayor of

Macrohon, Southern Leyte, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law and the
sovereign will of the people directs all Barangay officials to conduct massive
clean-up drive.

This Order shall take effect immediately.

Done this 6th day of November 2018 at Macrohon, Southern Leyte.
