band or D.J to arranging centerpieces, to our extensive rental selection.

Should you have a favorite dish or a theme, prefer something not on our menu or have vegetarian or dietary needs,
we can certainly accommodate your request. Dietary, vegetarian and children’s menu requirements are welcomed,
advance notice is required.

Occupancy Notes:
The maximum number of guests for dinner service in the main hall is 152; an additional 30 guests can be
accommodated for the festivities following dinner. For guest counts of 160 to 350 a Marquee tent is required. The
marquee tent is available through our rental company at an additional cost.

Nothing is to be affixed to the walls by means of tape, tacks, nails or staples and so on.

The Perfect Wedding Setting

TRALEE Wedding Facility is a stunning country estate set on 110 acres in the Caledon hills. It offers a unique and
exclusive setting for an elegant wedding. The property features gazebos and bridges around a picturesque pond,
graced by wildlife for a host of photographic possibilities. The halls are nestled in the secluded heart of the property
against a backdrop of woodland trails.

This country estate completely enhances both intimacy and privacy and becomes yours to enjoy and feel relaxed in
during the exciting days leading to your perfect wedding. This luxury of time to prepare insures comfort and ease to
create the day you envisioned.

The Facility Includes:


Wedding Ceremony location(s): Gazebo, Willow Trees, Pond or Rock Garden near the main hall or on the front
lawn of the upper hall. Photographs: We suggest meeting your photographer in advance at Tralee as the photo
possibilities are spectacular.

Two Banquet Halls: THE CARRIAGE HOUSE - For dining, seating capacity: 150 - 160
THE TROPHY ROOM - For cocktails, dancing and for indoor ceremonies
Both buildings include extensive verandas and decks with outdoor tables and chairs

Important Note:
The halls are available the day prior to the event for set up. Decorating is the responsibility of the renting party.
Nothing is to be affixed to the walls by means of tape, tacks, nails or staples.

Pricing & Exclusivity:


Tralee Wedding Facility Rental Fee: $2,500 plus HST. Once Tralee is booked our clients have exclusive use of the
facility for 3 days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). We hold one wedding on the property per weekend; as we are a
seasonal facility our wedding season runs from Early May to Late October.

Directions:
Tralee is located at 19933 Mountainview Road near Orangeville, 3 minutes West of Mono Mills and just South of
Hwy 9 and Airport Road.

From Orangeville:
(5 Minutes from Town) Take Hwy 9 east to Mountainview Road. Turn south (Right) on Mountainview Road. Tralee
is the first property on the east side (Left).

From Toronto, Brampton or Mississauga:

FOOD SERVICE
There are three types of dinner service to consider:

“Sit Down” Table Service: Where our wait staff serves each course, with food presentation being the primary
focus. Select 1 appetizer, 1 entrée and 1 dessert.

Buffet Style: Great where variety is requested. Select 4 appetizers, 3 entrees and 4 desserts.

Platter Style: Example: A bowl of hearts of romaine and a bowl of local organic greens salad would be served.
Next a platter of AAA striploin and a platter of free range chicken would be served. A bowl of mini red & white skin
roasted potatoes, along with a platter of grilled vegetables. Dessert can either be table service or platter style.
Select 2 appetizers, 2 entrees and 2 desserts.

the price of the Gold & Silver “All-Inclusive” Wedding Packages. Our rental company has a vast variety of rentals
for you to choose from. We are always happy to discuss and inform you of the upgrade-able options. Please inquire
with your event coordinator.

Other Services
Entertainment & Decorating: You have the option to coordinate the details yourself. However, we would be pleased
to work directly with our own suppliers, or offer our recommendation. These services include, but are not limited to,
flowers, decorators, live musicians, disc jockeys, photographers/ videographers, wedding cakes and shuttle services.
