This wedding package is designed to inform and outline the services and expertise that we are able to offer you.
There is no obligation to book your wedding reception or event with us. Should our suggestions suit your needs, we
trust you will let us know.
Occupancy Notes:
The maximum number of guests for dinner service in the main hall is 152; an additional 30 guests can be
accommodated for the festivities following dinner. For guest counts of 160 to 350 a Marquee tent is required. The
marquee tent is available through our rental company at an additional cost.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Nothing is to be affixed to the walls by means of tape, tacks, nails or staples and so on.

The Perfect Wedding Setting
TRALEE Wedding Facility is a stunning country estate set on 110 acres in the Caledon hills. It offers a unique and
exclusive setting for an elegant wedding. The property features gazebos and bridges around a picturesque pond,
graced by wildlife for a host of photographic possibilities. The halls are nestled in the secluded heart of the property
against a backdrop of woodland trails.
This country estate completely enhances both intimacy and privacy and becomes yours to enjoy and feel relaxed in
during the exciting days leading to your perfect wedding. This luxury of time to prepare insures comfort and ease to
create the day you envisioned.
Two Banquet Halls: THE CARRIAGE HOUSE - For dining, seating capacity: 150 - 160
THE TROPHY ROOM - For cocktails, dancing and for indoor ceremonies
Both buildings include extensive verandas and decks with outdoor tables and chairs
Important Note:
The halls are available the day prior to the event for set up. Decorating is the responsibility of the renting party.

Directions:
Tralee is located at 19933 Mountainview Road near Orangeville, 3 minutes West of Mono Mills and just South of
Hwy 9 and Airport Road.
From Orangeville:
(5 Minutes from Town) Take Hwy 9 east to Mountainview Road. Turn south (Right) on Mountainview Road. Tralee
is the first property on the east side (Left).
After Ceremony Full Beverage Service: 2 consecutive hours of beverage service; featuring 5 standard
Beverage Service: liquors, spirits, beers, wines and a variety of nonalcoholic beverages. Mixes, garnishes & ice are
included.
Canapé Service: Presented to mingling guests upon arrival, prior to dinner service, 4 per person.
Menu Selections: Sit-Down Menu: Includes appetizers, main course, dessert, coffee & tea service.

“Sit Down” Table Service: Where our wait staff serves each course, with food presentation being the primary
focus. Select 1 appetizer, 1 entrée and 1 dessert.
Buffet Style: Great where variety is requested. Select 4 appetizers, 3 entrees and 4 desserts.
Platter Style: Example: A bowl of hearts of romaine and a bowl of local organic greens salad would be served.
Next a platter of AAA striploin and a platter of free range chicken would be served. A bowl of mini red & white skin
roasted potatoes, along with a platter of grilled vegetables. Dessert can either be table service or platter style.
Select 2 appetizers, 2 entrees and 2 desserts.

STRAWBERRY - ASPARAGUS SALAD: Lightly blanched asparagus, fresh strawberries, caramelized baby onions and
greens tossed with an oak-aged balsamic dressing, sprinkled with toasted almonds.

$ 19.00 Per Child Infants to 8 years of age will be offered the children’s menu.
9 years to 18 years will be offered the regular selected menu at half the package price.

Host Bar: Client will pay for all beverages on 1 Master Bill based upon consumption and bottles opened.

As an alternative you may supply the beverages, which we will serve for you. There is a “corkage fee” that
applies to this scenario. $1.50 per person for the first hour & $0.75 per person for each additional hour.
Public banquet facilities require (SOPs) special occasion permits, available at L.C.B.O.
Important Note: If any additional labour hours are performed beyond the above estimation they will be reflected within the
final invoice. The above labour breakdown is an estimate only as every events requirements are different.
Rentals
Rental of silverware, stemware, plates and tableware (bread basket, cream & sugar) and white linens are included in
the price of the Gold & Silver “All-Inclusive” Wedding Packages. Our rental company has a vast variety of rentals
for you to choose from. We are always happy to discuss and inform you of the upgrade-able options. Please inquire
with your event coordinator.
Other Services
Entertainment & Decorating: You have the option to coordinate the details yourself. However, we would be pleased
to work directly with our own suppliers, or offer our recommendation. These services include, but are not limited to,
flowers, decorators, live musicians, disc jockeys, photographers/ videographers, wedding cakes and shuttle services.
Please inquire with your event coordinator. Once your services have been booked please forward us the contact
information.
