    Considering a strategic management is building a business.

    One of the major goals of having a


    business is a plan that makes sure of its consistency, considering perspective for growth of the
    business in a long run. And having strategic plans with people running the business.

    Also having a business means operational in a way that the services I provide has the quality to
    provide what the consumers want. Implement continuous improvement programs with regular
    reviews, provide continuous training for employees, and institute employee satisfaction
    programs to achieve success in this area. And the capacity to supply resources that is needed
    to be supplied.

    Having a business means decision must be regarding the desired level of reliability, stability,
    and systems must be established by management to maintain the reliability and stability in
    business

    Lastly having a good business means having good partnership with people in a long run.
