AFFIDAVIT

I, LENELYN VALENZUELA y PALOMAT, 44 years old, married a resident of

Barangay Buenafortuna Nabas, Aklan after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law hereby deposed and state;

That I am the mother of Willbourn Valenzuela y Palomata, 15 years old, single,

student of Western Aklan Academy and he was my second among the four siblings;

That at about 10:00 ‘clock in the evening of March 21, 2019, we came from to our
new house going to our old house beside on one another cause my son wants to sleep
then I saw Elizardo Cirilo Jr. y Orencio, 30 years old, single and presently residing at
same barangay whom observed under the influence of liquor shouting at our gate;

That he want to talk to me but I refused and said to quote “ MAKIPAG ISTORYA
AKO SA IMO, ALAS DIYES IT GABI,E HILONG KAPA ” and the suspect said to quote
“ ANO PINAGMAMALAKI MO! YUNG YAMAN MO?! MADADALA MO BA YAN SA
LANGIT?”. after that he then open our gate and attack me then he punch me but I dodge
the blow, he then tried to grab me outside our gate;

That my minor son Willbourn immediately came to me and help me from the
suspect but my son also hit by the suspect several times then my son hug the suspect
tightly while my daughter seek for help through our neighbor and when he saw our
relatives came near us he then escaped from the arms of my son.

That I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing facts.
