 A mini project had been done in Animal Bio-Technology on “SHIELDING THE DOGS
FROM LEPTOSPIROSIS” {Developing point of care diagnostics to detect Leptospirosis}.
which is a highly contagious zoonotic Disease.
 A 2-months project had been done on LEPTOSPIROSIS Disease and its effect on Human and
Animal life under the guidance of Dr. Rathnagiri polavarapu president &CEO of
GENOMIX CARL Pvt. Ltd., at [ APCARL] Pulivendula.
Skills developed during project:
 Gel Electrophoresis used for separation of biological macromolecules

 Microbial techniques- Spreading, Pouring, Streaking, Gram’s Staining.
