DETAILED ENGINEERING DESIGN CERTIFCATION

This is to certify that the Detailed Engineering Design of (name of subproject) had
passed the required PRDP technical feasibility design parameters, field appraisal
by the MPMIU of the final detailed engineering plans had matched the actual field
conditions and geotag tracks and there was no overlap with other locally and
nationally funded projects.

This certification is issued on (date) in (place of issue) for whatever legal purposes
it may serve.
