2018 IDRA MEMBERS: WORLDWIDE LIABILITY INSURANCE PROGRAM
COVERS IDRA MEMBERS, WORLDWIDE, FOR 365 DAYS
● IDRA Members: WORLDWIDE Liability Insurance Program covers liability
claims related to bodily injury and property damage caused by an IDRA Member. Any incident occurring the Member must immediately report directly to IDRA. ● Coverage will be granted to all liability claims, provided the Member complies with all lawful Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Government regulations and laws within the area of operation. ● Policy Limit: $1 Million (USD) Limit per Liability ● Policy Territory: WORLDWIDE ● Policy Expiration: In accordance to IDRA Memberships, the insurance policy must be renewed along with the IDRA Membership each year, or every 365 days. ● Physical Damage to Your Drone (HULL INSURANCE): Not Covered by the IDRA Member: WORLDWIDE Liability Insurance Program.
REQUIREMENT ON REPORTING AN INCIDENT TO IDRA
● You must notify IDRA, within 48 hours, of an “occurrence” which may
result in a claim. ● Report to IDRA on How, When and Where the “occurrence” took place; ● Report the names and addresses of any injured persons and witnesses; and the nature and location of any injury or damage arising out the “occurrence”. ● If a claim is brought against any member, you must: immediately record the specifics of this claim and the date received and notify IDRA as soon as practicable and you must see to it that we receive written notice of this claim as soon as practicable. ● You must immediately send us copies of any demands, notices, summonses or legal papers received in connection with this claim. Authorize IDRA to obtain records or other information; cooperate with us in the investigation or settlement of the claim.

IDRA Sanctioned Drone Event: $2 miillion (USD) General Liability Commercial
Event Insurance protects your drone event from any property damage and bodily injury caused at the event, provided that the organization follows all safety rules and regulations governing in operation.
● IDRA $2 million (USD) General Liability Commercial Event Insurance
coverage: Protects your drone event “Per Occurrence” during the covered period for property damage, bodily injury and advertising injury. ● The Organizer can request to Add additionally insured if necessary. ● Policy Territory: Worldwide ● Physical damages to the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle are not covered. ● Must submit IDRA’s Risk Management Form for the scheduled Drone Event.
