Good day!
I would like to ask permission to conduct a survey. I
would be giving a paper based questionnaires composed of 12
items to Grade 12 students regarding their use of Facebook
and study related activities. The survey will take
approximately 6-8 minutes to complete. All the information
will be collected without any identification and answers will
be used in summaries.
