5 12.00 pm Butter Milk or Soda
SECOND MEAL
6 1.00 PM  250 gm chicken, Mutton, Fish
 250 gm vegetables
 Sunflower seeds – 1 spoon
 Watermelon seeds – 1 spoon
 Pumpkin seeds - 1 spoon
 Flax Seeds Powder – 1 Spoon
 Multi Vitamin Tablet
7 3.00 PM  Butter Milk or Soda
8 4.00 PM  10 gm FAT with coffee, green Tea or Hot water
9 6.00 PM  10 gm FAT with coffee, green Tea or Hot water
10 7.00 PM  Warm water with lemon
11 8.00 PM  10 gm FAT with coffee, green Tea or Hot water
