Work Experience at Trianz Holdings Pvt Ltd

Project1: Liberty MutualInsurance– IT Operations02ndNov 2018–Till date

Liberty mutual enables exposing any of the Document Management System as a file share by
mapping it to a named drive. This makes the DMS look like any other file share and integrates
seamlessly with Office, Outlook and other all their desktop applications as a shared drive would. Users
would continue to perform their normal business by moving files in and out of a file share, but now,
with the added benefits of assigning custom attributes, managing versions and collaborating globally.

Roles and Responsibilities

 Handled client escalation and involved in support operations.


 Created ACLs, Users, Roles, Groups, Alias Sets, Folder Structure.
 Monitored servers, scheduled DCTM admin jobs, and prepared reports.
 Admin tasks like User Management, ACLs, Server Startup/shutdown, and Repository
Configuration etc.
 Creating RIT, Incidents and Problem tickets using service-now tool

Description:
Captiva Scanning solution system used by Liberty mutual insurance users to scan hard copies of
the required documents. These scanned documents are then collected in batches and processed from
one module to another module. The batches are will stuck(ready) Indexing module when there is a
need of manual revies. Documents available in the batches will be sent to Deleted, Rescanned or
Finished without making any action. Based on the Doc type associated with the documents they are
routed to their respective folder in Documentum repository and updating the table data and interring
the meta data in register table.

Project2: Docs– IT Operations 10th Jul 2017–30th Oct 2018

Docs is a Document Management Solution specifically aimed at financial institutions that need
to automate their New Account Opening or Credit Risk Management. Docs is an ECM based solution
built on top of Documentum. It automates and streamlines processes, reduces cycle time, and
provides all the basic document management features needed within a financial services context.
These portals transparently enforce best practices, workflow, security, and auditing without any
external configuration.
