Terms & Condition
1. Validity               : This offer will remain valid up to 30 days.
2. Work Policy        : Customer will provide the complete design and drawing. We will assign a site engineer
for this project. We will also provide necessary electrician,  helper etc including necessary
working tools and safety protection.   
3. Material             : Customer will supply all necessary materials. We will provide only Tools related materials
such cutting disk, hummer bit etc.
4. Utility Facility    : We need 220V AC electrical power at all working place.
5. Store : Need a secure store area to keep our tools and materials.
6. Payment            : 25% in advance with work order for mobilization purpose. Payment within two week after
submission of running bill. Up to 90% of running bill and rest of 10% to be Paid with in 
three months after completion of work.
7. VAT & VAT         : Included VAT & TAX.
8. If any supply and additional works will be negotiation by presence of both behalf.
