Project II: PCI 2012

Client : Capital One

Role : Ab Initio Developer

About Project PCI: According to rules, 16 digit account number shouldn’t send in to the
process as it is, it should be encrypted and required agents only can view original account
number. After getting data from source system data need to be encrypted with the help of
voltage application and output should be in alpha numeric, converting from decimal to string
type. Need to change all impacted graphs, dml’s, xfr’s, wrappers and pset’s to handle new
data.

Responsibilities

 Developed new shell scripts to find out PCI elements, to modify type of PCI elements from
decimal to string and to validate PCI elements after modification.
 Developed adaptors to make sure downstream systems need to run as it is.
 Modified existing graphs to handle PCI elements.
 Documented all dependent objects and upstream, downstream on PCI elements under each
project with the help of web EME dependency analysis.
 Developed the shell scripts for finding out the impacted DMLs and XFRs for all PCI impacted
applications
 Participation in HLD and DLD Documentation.

Project III: CSIT (Corporate Solutions) 2012 (Ongoing)

About Project CSIT: CSIT Project is about eliminating manual processes to capture LOB data
in support of reporting for 10-year Public Community Commitment made in support of ING
Acquisition and Develop a comprehensive solution for getting and using data from across
Capital One (mortgage, small business, credit card, commercial, and auto loans; grants;
volunteerism; investments, etc.) to support reporting and OCC CRA exam (every three
years)/acquisition readiness, Drive towards consistent sources and streamlined processes for
reporting data.
