Present Job Profile

Supervise the AHP operators & follow the instructions given by Desk Engineers for safe &
smooth operation of :-

Bottom ash disposal system, Economizer ash disposal system, Air pre heater ash removal
system.

Dry (fly) ash vacuum & pressure conveying system.

Transportation of ash slurry from silo to ash pond through HCSD system.

Disposal system of ash slurry from slurry sump to ash dyke through Slurry Pump.
Role & Responsibility

Operation of ash handling plant through PLC DESK and line up of local auxiliaries.

Raising of defects and information to respective departments.

Mechanical isolation as per requirement of PTW.

Supervision and control over the manpower.

Information and action on any descripiency or abnormalities of auxiliaries.

Monitoring and coordinating of House keeping with House keeping Supervisor.

Any other work as per instruction of Desk Engineer, site i/c, Manager operation.
