HOUSE and Lot AGREEMENT

I, Michael John Almodovar Cruz, buyer, and ______________________________, owner, is agreeing

that I, Michael John Almodovar Cruz, will take over the house and lot loan from PAGIBIG in exchange of
paying the amount of P100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Pesos) as downpayment.

Michael John Almodovar Cruz will be giving P30,000 (Thirty Thousand Pesos) as first payment. Once this
first payment is received, the owner, ___________________________, will no longer accomodate /
entertain other buyer of the house.

Michael John Almodovar Cruz will be giving another P20,000 (Twenty Thousand Pesos) to complete the
half of the downpayment. Once this is given, the owner, _____________________________, along with
the buyer, Michael John Almodovar Cruz, will go to PAGIBIG to process the change of ownership of the
loan.

Michael John Almodovar Cruz will give the other half of the downpayment which is P50,000 (Fifty
Thousand Pesos) will be given before the year 2019 ends.

Both parties will sign this agreement along with their full name and the date that the buyer, Michael
John Almodovar Cruz, gives the first payment.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF FIRST PAYMENT

I, ___________________________, owner of the house and lot, is receiving the payment of P30,000 on
this day, _____________________ as an acknowledgement of the agreement stated above. The
succeeding payments will have a seperate receipt.
