BILL OF SALE

This bill of sale dated the ______day of _____________________, 2024 is between

the attached heating/air unit attached (hereinafter “the manufactured home”). The agreed-upon sales
price, having been paid by the buyers directly to the lender of the sellers, is

The sellers warrant that they are the legal and true owner of the subject manufactured home, and that
it is owned free of any liens, encumbrances or mortgage. This manufactured home is sold as is,
where is. No warranties are expressed or implied. The parties agree that this Bill of Sale is for the
manufactured home and its contents only, and not the real estate upon which it is placed.
Notwithstanding, the sellers acknowledge that the buyers may leave the subject manufactured home
in its current location for a period of up to two (2) years from the date of this Bill of Sale. The
buyers having been given the option to purchase the manufactured home in the parties’ previous
lease agreement, this sales agreement terminates, by agreement, the Lease previously entered-into
between the parties. The buyers shall hereafter be responsible for all utilities, upkeep, and insurance
for the manufactured home.
