WHEREAS, VENDEE offered to buy and the VENDOR agreed to sell the said
condominium unit as well as any and all rights and interest appertaining thereto
under the Master Deed with Declaration of Restriction (the “Master Deed”), as
amended, the Articles of Incorporation and the By-Laws of the Condominium
Corporation;
2. VENDOR warrants that the title to the said condominium unit is free and
clear of any and all liens and encumbrances, except the restrictions contained in the
Master Deed, as amended, as annotated and inscribed at the back of Condominium
Certificate of Title No. ________.
