DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED, made and executed in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, Philippines, by and between:

Subdivision Brgy. Greater Lagro Novaliches, Quezon City, hereinafter called the VENDEES.

WITNESSETH: THAT-

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the owner of certain parcels of land with all the improvements

WHEREAS, the above-described properties are presently mortgaged to

_______________________ to secure the payment of original obligation in the principal sum of

his notarial. Such mortgage goes with the property upon conveyance and shall be fully assumed

The VENDEES do hereby accept this sale and binds herself to assume as she hereby assumes the
