monetary, arising from occurrences that would result from any damages, losses,
deterioration, pilferage, destruction or defects, regardless of the nature of occurrence of
the incident on the unit.
 I/We promise to strictly abide by the procedures, policies and guidelines and restrictions
stated in the Deed of Restrictions, Homeowners Guidelines, Contract to Sell, Deed of
Absolute Sale and other documents related to the purchase of this property.
 As a homeowner(s) of this subdivision, I/We likewise willing to participate in any
program or activity or future association, organized by the developer, with the purpose of
maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, aesthetic quality and general environmental
concept of the subdivision and of the entire community of which the subdivision is a part
