These actions resulted to difficulties in both operational and administrative processes. Under the Omnibus Rules on Appointments and Other Human Resource Actions (revised as of July 2018), there shall be the compliance of at least thirty (30) days notice for transfer or for resignation. Anent this, the OED would like to remind all employees to properly observe the thirty (30) days notice when filing for resignation or transfer to avoid hampering of processes and to assure smooth and fluid transition.
