FSC (Functional State Corrector) is designated for the defense from outer aggressive electromagnetic
irradiations. FSCs production technology copies the principles of electromagnetic fields organization in
the living organism at the cellular level. Harmonious picturesque information is recorded at FSCs in the
rhythms of Earth magnetic field and outer Space irradiation. In consequence FSC is a synchronizer of
internal rhythms of the organism with the outer field rhythms. Information, recorded at the FSCs, along
with other actions counteracts psycho-energetic influences and neutralizes bio-pathogenic fields, as
long as FSCs are able to correct Hartman’s greed frequency characteristics. (Earth Hartman’s greed
consists of lines of force of Earth’s acoustic-electric field). Information, recorded at the FSCs could be

Recommendations for use

Use FSCs no. 1, 3, 4 in the first half of the day. At the second half of the day (after 4-5 p.m.) it is
preferable to use FSC no. 2. It is preferable to carry FSC no. 5 at the right hypochondrium.

Variations are possible in dependence on age and state of health. The lower is the age and the better is
the state of health, the more time one can spare to the solution of functional issues. Noticeable changes
could be seen after 3-4 weeks of FSC use. In case of acute conditions it is possible to place FSC at the
painful area, with the exception of the heart pains. In the case of the heart pains it is obligatory to do
bone system pumping. It is possible to add greasing of extremities with structured water or preliminary
structured liniments. In case of chronic conditions noticeable changes could take place after 1,5 – 3
month and even more.

User Manual

Main designation of FSC is water solutions structure changing. So when having meals use them as a
stand for a dish, in which your food or different liquids are situated. Structuring time is 2-3 minutes.
Crockery should be places at the working surface. It is recommended to drink several glasses of water,
structured at any FSC between meals, bringing the total amount of water intake (not counting any other
beverages) up to 30 milliliters per each kilo of body weight. Alias carry FSC at the body, changing its
position periodically. In order to increase effectiveness it is recommended to pump up bone system
periodically, two FSC are required for this procedure.

The pumping scheme:

1. Place 1 FSC under the left foot, take the other one at the right hand for 3-5 minutes.

2. Change FSCs positions, that is move the first FSC under the right foot and take the second one into
the left hand, the duration is similar - 3-5 minutes.

It is possible to start with the right foot and left hand, with the shift to left foot and right hand.

3. Place one FSC under the coccyx, holding the other one with your hand at the neck department of the
spinal column for 3-5 minutes.

It is desirable to do this procedure in the morning and in the evening. You may also repeat clause 3 in
the course of the day. In case of surface lesions it is recommended to structure (to charge) liniments and
gels, one time, and apply them at the problem area.

It is not recommended to carry FSC constantly at the heart area. In order to increase service life of the
device avoid sharp temperature changes. Alcohol consumptions hinders calories burning function for 3-
5 days.

Plate organization.

FSC is a device that consists of two outer plates made from magnetic plastic. Does not contain toxic
materials. Outer dimensions are 55*78 millimeters. Four identical elements of rectangular form, made
from high quality magnetic resin, which have dimension of 14*19.5 millimeters, and having four layer
structure, each layer is 0,4 mm thick, total 2.5 mm, are situated at the corner positions of big plastic
plates, between them. Internal construction of every of these corner elements are made in accordance
with Russian Federation patents, numbers 2214843 and 2262361. The device is put into ABS plastic
case, sort 750A.
