Industries vide Ch. No. –RTGS, dt.-16/05/2019 drawn on HDFC Bank.

Now I/we am/are repaying the above said loan back vide our Ch. No. ___________ dt.
_________ drawn on _______Bank for Rs.- 10,00,000 in words (Rupees –Ten Lakhs Only)

I/We undertake that the above mentioned cheque will not be cancelled and the payment of
this cheque will not be stopped by me/us, Sufficient balance shall/will be available to honour
the above cheque in my/our Bank account of which the cheque is issued.

the receipt of a sum of Rs. – 10,00,000 in words (Rupees- Ten Lakhs Only), vide Cheque No.-
RTGS, Dt. -16/05/2019, drawn on HDFC Bank.

This amount has been taken as loan on interest for business purpose with consent of all
Partners/Directors, which shall be repaid by me/us on demand.
